My name is John Morris and I own Morris Inc. We are a family-owned business with several employees from the great state of South Dakota in the city of Aberdeen. 

In 2011 I bought my first Owatonna Mustang 1700 and regrettably sold it a year later.  The Ford V4 motor that powered that Mustang was something else. I realized how much this machine from the 60's had grown on me and I wish I would have never sold it.  I wanted another one so the search began.

In 2013 I found another Mustang 1700 and brought it home despite the V4 motor having a blown head gasket. How hard could it be to find a head gasket? Turned out finding parts for these Ford V4 was quite challenging but I persisted.

I got the motor running and being a businessman, I saw an opportunity to help other Ford V4 owners find parts. In January of 2016, FordV4Parts.com was born.

Finding parts for the Ford V4 is an ongoing process. The parts I have found are listed on this website and keep watching as I'm always finding and adding more. I live for the search of V4 parts!  If you know of any available parts, be sure to contact me at morris-inc@live.com.

The Ford V4 1.4 and 1.7 were manufactured from 1968 to 1974. I love this motor! It's compact, lightweight and has plenty of horsepower. Every week I learn of more and more uses for this motor. Besides being used in the Ford CL40 and Mustang 1700 skid steers, I have also found this engine in Snowcat snow machines, big buzz saws, marine boats, industrial water pumps, race cars and I'm sure the list don't stop there.
